This is a common feeling for individuals who are about to commence therapy. After all, talking about your thoughts and feelings to someone you have never met before can feel quite daunting but you don’t have to worry, this is quite normal.  I am not here to judge you, I am here to help you.

This should take no longer than 15 minutes but it will give you the opportunity to decide if you want us to work together.

Everything we discuss in therapy is strictly confidential and kept totally between us except in certain circumstances. If there is a risk the client may harm another person then I am legally obliged to inform an appropriate authority. I may not necessarily inform the client of my action. I may talk about elements of our conversation with my supervisor, but once again you do not have to worry, as I will have given you a false name to protect your identity.

This is a common question but quite difficult to answer as it is different for each individual. Each person I see brings their own varying issues, each uniquely different and meaningful to them. This is why it is difficult to put a time scale on the number of sessions needed as its different for everyone.

I will suggest six weekly sessions initially and then discuss how it is going on in the sixth session. This will give you some time to explore your thoughts and feelings and start to make sense of them.

I offer sessions on weekdays Monday through to Friday between 8am and 7pm. I am also available Saturdays between 9am and 1pm in Stratford on Avon.

Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and cost £70
Sex/Pornography addiction sessions also last 50 minutes at a charge of £90
I am able to provide a discount for block bookings.

Sometimes life does get in the way and cancelations do happen. If you do need to cancel, I ask for at 24 hours notice. This gives me a little time to allow other clients to book in with me and you will not be charged. If a cancelation is made on the day I will charge the full amount, however, this can be discussed at the time.
